Manager 2.0 & Change Training Program
P3 OSTO offers experienced executives and managers a TÜV certified Change Management Training Program as well as several seminars that deal with the challenges related to management positions.
With our professional methods and tools, you can apply the finishing touches to your change manager skill set. Options for action are not only developed, but evaluated and implemented in a concrete way for a sensible and sustainable management. This training program consists of 4 modules including a supervised thesis and can be completed within one year. Usually, the training program starts with our seminar SYMA® A.
